Background
Drew Hollander is a founding partner at B.C. Law Group, P.C. Drew’s practice focuses on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. Drew has experience working on a variety of matters involving patent infringement, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, securities fraud, and related business torts. Drew has an extensive understanding of all phases of state and federal litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial and post-trial appeals.
Drew received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was served on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law and Business Review and as the Chancellor of the Lile Moot Court Board. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 2011 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Following law school, Drew served as a law clerk to the Honorable Donald M. Middlebrooks, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Drew was named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in 2020-22.

Clear Imaging LLC – Counsel for Clear Imaging in the Eastern District of Texas against Samsung for camera and digital image processing technology.
Scramoge Technologies Ltd. – Counsel for Scramoge in the Western District of Texas and the Central District of California asserting patents covering wireless charging technology encompassing essential aspects of wireless power receiver and transmitter implementations.
