Background
Richard G. Tashjian is Of Counsel to the BC Law Group, P.C. He was previously a founding member of Atlantic IP Services, LLC, where he was involved in the patent licensing efforts of a number of Ireland based intellectual property companies. He received a B.A. with a double major in Accounting and Economics from Queens College (CUNY) and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.

Mr. Tashjian has over 40 years of experience in commercial litigation and transactional work.
Mr. Tashjian left Weil, Gotshal & Manges in 1992 to start his own law firm, Tashjian & Padian, specializing in commercial litigation in federal and state court, with an emphasis in trademark and copyright litigation, as well as transactional work.
