Background
Seth R. Hasenour is a Founding Partner at BC Law Group, P.C. Seth’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, including patent and trade secret litigation.
Seth has litigated patent and trade secret disputes involving a variety of technologies, including computer software, hardware, digital signal processing, and cellular systems. He has extensive experience in all stages of large, complex patent litigations.
Prior to joining BCLG, Seth was a principal at McKool Smith. Over the course of his career, Seth has helped his clients recover more than $1 billion in judgments and settlements.
Prior to attending law school, he worked at the Applied Research Laboratories at The University of Texas as an engineering scientist associate. While there, he worked with the engineering group and technicians to design, develop, and test an acoustic camera for a Navy unmanned underwater vehicle and a sonar system for a Navy Seawolf class submarine.
